Some Quick Questions & Answers
Q: Why is the price for Xbox & PS2 so much higher than the price for the PC?
A: Good question. Probably because the PC version came out 1st, so the Xbox & PS versions are newer.
Q: How many players can play online?
A: Obviously matches are 2 player but you can play an online tournament with up to 16 players.

The Review (By Jack098):
Game Play: Many people find snooker difficult to understand and even more difficult to play. WCS03 changes
that. Ever since I bought it I have learn't the rules, which you learn just by playing the game. The best bit is the shooting
guide. Arrows come up showing the player the direction of the cueball (or white ball) and the object ball (the ball you want
to hit). Now, many people may say that is too easy but thats were codemasters have been clever. The arrows only show you the
direction, not the distance. That means the player has to judge the distance which makes it harder. Even with the aimer my
highest break is only 50 something.
Graphics: When I first bought WCS I expected normal, average graphics that were nothing amazing. I was
wrong. The graphics exceed expectations and are top quality. They are practically fautless and the reflections of the balls
are superb. Little details like that make a game some much better.
Sound: WCS again has exceeded expectations in the sound department. Commentators John Virgo & Dennis
Taylor bring the game to live to give you a different experience to the old boring snooker match. The umpire says the
right things at the right time and when you miss a sitter the crowd let off a resounding 'ohhh' which leaves you sitting
there, amazed at how you missed that incredibly simple pot.
Campaign: WCS features a good solid campaign that follows a career in real life. Win tournaments,
win ranking points, win money to buy better cues. It really similar to any football campaign-win game-win money-buy better
people/cues-improve and win more. This is good but there is no variation each tournament is the same as the last apart from
the name. Also to win any considarable amount you have to get to the last 4, which means loads of matches.
Multiplayer: When I first logged on to WCS03 multipkayer I was filled with excitment. My character
was ready to take on some sad loser you I would rack up a 1-4-7 on. Then I realised that there were only about
20-30 players online?? That is the only complaint. Not the gameplay, but the fact that the game is almost 3years old and WSC05
is out soon so no one ever plays WCS03 online. Ohh
Overall: 79% Defintely a good buy for fans just
wanting a cheap, but fun game with good graphics and gameplay.
