Some Quick Questions & Answers
Q: Can I play PES4 online?
A: Only if you own the PC DVD game. For some reason Konami made PES4 un-compatible with PS2 online play.
Q: What do I need to play PES4 online?
A: You need to download a program, search on Google for it. I would recommend a PS2 controller & adapter which plugs into a USB port on your PC so you can play with the
controller as the keyboard controls are hard to master.

The Review (By Jack098):
Game Play: The game play is the best of any football game I have ever played on either PS2, Xbox or
PC. The control over your players in top quality and the controls, unlike FIFA 2005, are easy to master. Konami decided to
not include any '1 touch football' and that decision has payed dividends. The football flows and doesn't glitch. The AI of
the opposing team is superb with them never making and mistakes or stupid decisions.
Graphics: The graphics on PES4 arn't the best graphics the world has ever seen but at the same time are nothing
Konami should be ashamed of. The graphics are not of a bad standard and on the pitch the graphics bond well with sound to
create a realistic atmosphere on the pitch.
Sound: Probably the weakest element of PES4. The commentary leaves a lot to be desired and this really takes
away a lot of the realism. The commentators (Peter Dury & Trevor Brooking) are both respectable commentators but PES4
does nothing to show their true talent. All your here is repeats, repeats and more repeats. Apart from this rather big problem
all other sound works fine and helps bring back realism that commentary takes away.
Campaign: Konami decided not to have the ordinary league as their main campaign but created something called
a Master League. At the beginning you start with little money and a squad of made up players that are all useless. Your aim,
is to win everything with a maximum of 15 seasons to do it. This is the best thing about PES4 and the only thing I play on
the game.
Multiplayer: Multiplayer in PES4 can only be played on the PC, which I found hugely annoying. I only owned
the PS version and had to splash out another £20 for the PC version. Not impressed. After that it began to all work fine.
I played matches, lost some & won some. Then I played some one on dial up. Never again. The lag is so terrible I
had to quit. It wasn't just 'a bit slow' it was agonnisingly slow.
Overall: 90% Still the king of Football games. Buy this over FIFA any day.
