The Review (By Jack098):
Game Play: This may suprise many people but I feel that gameplay has declined in RCT3 and I find the game
nots as enjoyable as RCT2. Graphics etc are a immense improvement but actual game play and building a park I find not as easy,
not as fun, and not as exciting. In RCT2 the overview of the park made it easy and quick to expand but in RCT3 you have much
less space and, the graphics and detail mean you must take more time building slowly. This is good for the olde generation
(11+) but for younger brothers & sisters the game is too complicated and takes to long.
Graphics: The graphics are a major improvement on RCT2. In RCT2 Chris Sawyer (and his team) failed
to capture that something thats makes a game like RCT a great game. In RCT3 they really have captured that somthing by adding
much more sophisticated graphics and much more detail. The best bit for me is that you can ride the rides.
Sound: The sound is really good. As you view your park you hear all sorts of noises from screams of people
to flushes of toilets. You hear it all and it really brings the game to life
Story: The most dissapointing factor of the game. There is nothing wrong with them but it
lacks the creative passion needed. It just seems like the developers couldn't be bothered to make an interesting campaign
so just did any old rubbish.
Multiplayer: N/A
Overall: 85%. For Tycoon fans this game is a must bye. For people who ask top of the
range graphics and game play, stay away. A good game, and a major improvement on RCT2.
